From the box to the 24 faceted bottle, it is simply captivating how Japan delivers their products regardless of price.

 

Served on the rocks, the nose is greeted with a blossom of flowers. This blend of Hibiki is easy on the tongue by being sweet and zesty where it can be argued to be insufficiently complex but things do not get boring. Finally, it ends with an elegant tender peppery finish.

 

Though not cheap, they are no longer as difficult to get hold of. Try Hibiki Japanese Harmony once if you don't like it, twice if you do.
