Apart from looking like something out of lomography during orange sunsets, Velvia 100 surpassed all expectations, expectations could be real average to begin with.
Photographs didn’t turn washed-out so praise goes to 300V’s light meter to have been very much spot on throughout this roll of 37 exposures. Fuji’s Velvia is skewed towards saturation which is better suited to photographing landscape but that shouldn’t limit what we shoot. It is not as scary or disappointing as some pieces on the Internet may suggest, actually quite the opposite.
Just send it in a reputable laboratory and get yourself ready to be amazed.
